Hello,
I am recording .ts files (about 80 per week) from DVB-T (only standard definition 720x576 pixels) and I need command line utility for fixing (or partial reencoding) GOP size these videos before DVD authoring.
I am using "Womble Mpeg Video Wizard DVD" which has got "MPEG gop fixer", but I need the same process run automatically after ending recording from television.
Is it possiblle to run Womble MPEG GOP Fixer from command line? Or can be done this with command line utility FFMpeg and which parameters have to be defined for PAL video?
