What is the first step for creating a new subtitle for a video.
I know that by entering the subtitles on Premiere Pro is not going to be a good choice because it will be burnt-in.
To create the subtitle, I can write on the notepad and save as .srt (where will the timecode be written at) , if not, what other choice will I have as to start a new subtitle? Hope to get more information tho. The fastest and better way to get it done.
Is it a better choice to convert the subtitle of .srt to .IFO?
