multiAVCHD - Advanced Menu questions

Hi, I've been authoring a project onto Blu-Ray using multiAVCHD, and it actually went quite well, overall. There are a few niggling issues though, that I would like to get sorted. In order of priority:

1) Do I need to do anything special to create multi-page chapter menus? I had 30 chapters on a title, but it only rendered the first 12 (and it crashed when accessed, so I could never actually test it). When I cut it down to 12, it worked fine. But, the left/right arrows were still present, so I think it should be possible.

2) With motion thumbnails, how can I get them loop at the end of their sequence, instead of pause?

3) Is there a way to edit the pop-up menu? I would like the default option to be "Chapters", not "Next Title".

4) Can I get a different background music for the main menu and chapter menu, for the same title? Also, can I loop background music?

5) Is it possible to change the number of thumbnails per page. E.g. 27 chapters = 3 pages of 9, not 2.25 pages of 12.

6) For the Title List Menu, is it possible to link each title to its root menu, not start playing it immediately?
