weird tmpgenc problem

So I just put Tmpgenc on my new laptop and installed the k-lite codec pack, but when I try to open and encode any files it only displays the very last frame of video, and when it finishes encoding it will just be a file with X minutes of the very last frame of the video I'm trying to encode. Oddly enough it does detect and encode all the audio, so its basically the correct audio overtop of the last frame of the video.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling various stuff with no luck so far.

Anyone any idea whats going on? I'm using a Lenovo laptop if thats any help.

I should specify its tmpgenc 2.5.
