Encore won't accept any subtitles?

I'm dragging them in as assets, keep getting
"The software that's used tot decode the media is not available on this system...." error
I've tried txt (encore specified), srt, and sub.

I'm using Subtitle Edit 3.3.4
What am I doing wrong?
