Convert ONE VHS tape to PC

Are there any reliable services who do a good job at transferring VHS to PC?

I don't need a DVD. I just want files, want them in good quality, and want my VHS tape returned to me.

I bought a rare old VHS tape one eBay of my friend. I'd like to add a quick intro and convert it for YouTube.

I'd consider buying something, but I've only got ONE tape to do at the moment.
