Problem remuxing Sherlock Holmes Blurays

Hello,

Here is what i did :
1/ I ripped the Blurays of Sherlock Holmes and Sherlock Holmes 2 with AnyDVD
2/ I demuxed them with ClownBD
3/ I remxued the 2 movies like this : video + english sound (the aim is to get only 1 m2ts file for each Bluray)

The 2 remuxed m2ts files show durations of 13 hours for the 1st and 15 hours for the 2nd one.
I usually do this with all others and this doesn't happen.
Is there a special thing with those 2 Blurays ?
