Problem with VideoPad Editor - screen turns black

I choose a song and I picture for the background, then save the video to my computer and it works fine.
Then, I upload it on youtube and the picture (chosed as the background) appears for only 1 sec.
and then turns to black. The song still playing, though. What I'm doing wrong? :confused:
