Anyone know how to convert a .AV file?

I have a disk with a Panasonic AV Viewer on it and a .AV file.
The file is from a car cam. I need to convert the file to make it more universally playable.
The file does play in the Panasonic viewer but not in anything else.

Mediainfo gives me this:
