Problem after convert MKV profile to 4.1 using Mediacoder

I cant play some MKV files on my samsung tv. I read some threads and found that the best solution is by converting MKV profile high@5.1 to MKV profile 4.1 using Mediacoder. Well, it worked and I could play it on my samsung tv but the video has a problem. The video and the audio is not playing together. The video seems to move slower and it cause the audio to play faster. Please i need a solution for this.

If there is a better software to convert this profile, please suggest.
