Where I can find a codec MPEG2 for windows xp to encode from my timeline

Hi everyone,
I have find the way to directly import my .mxf file from a Sony pdw-f800 camera into the timeline of In Sync Blade 2.2, with the intermediation of the mainconcept .mxf reader. But I don't know what is the codec for the export settings.

I need to install in the system (windows xp) a codec possibly similar to the codec of the original video file.

For example of this mxf
