AVISynth will not load plugins Win-7 (64)

Hi I am using AVISynth to clean up old personal videos. I use a JVC Super VHS via Canopus ADVC300 feeding into my computer which is a Windows 7-64.
I use AVSPMod to test the Scripts and then try them out through MEGUI. It all works well except that I have to manually load all the External AVISynth filters and scripts.
My AVISynth is situated in the C:/ProgramFiles (x86) folder.
It is very cumbersome.
Could someone please assist me with automation in the Windows-7 64 environment?
I know this is a common problem but the solutions so far tried, do not work for me.
