What the heck is a CamPack Terminator Filter and where does it come from?

A newby. I check my codec's with K-Lites tweak tool and it said my "CamPack Terminator Filter" was broken and I should delete it. The strange thing is I have not been able to come across an answer as to what is or how I got it. What is even odder, It did not come with K-lite because I installed their latest version and did another log check and there was no such filter.
Any of you knowledgable people have any ideas
