I've been trying to watch a live news stream on my Amazon Fire TV (Android) using a version of Firefox. However, visiting the webpage causes the browser to crash 99% of the time. So then I thought that I would just find the URL to the stream and play it directly in KODI media player. I used my web browsers developer tools to find a link that contained "index.m3u8".
The problem I have is that it appears to me that the link is not "static", I'm guessing that it is only authorizing me for a limited time or only through a web browser. Not really sure how it works. Is there any way to find a URL that would work permanently and not temporarily? The following is the site I've been using, make sure to use an ad-blocker if you visit. https://anonym.to/?https://www.livenewsnow.com/american/cnn-news-usa.html
