SRGB Rendering Artifacts - Help Please!

Hey guys. I've spent the entire day shooting and editing this video, and I'm 100% ready to render it. However I'm running into a problem during the actual rendering process.

I shot all of the clips in the video with a GoPro Hero3 Black. The software I'm using is Sony Vegas Pro 12.

The view itself looks beautiful in the preview. It's displaying in sRGB. The colors are rich, and vibrant. Exactly what I want. However I'm unable to render in this mode without getting a major load of artifacts.

Take a look here:

The only way I'm able to fix it, is by turning off "view transform" in the project properties. However this dramatically reduces the color effectiveness of the video, and gives it more of a raw look.

I know there's differences between types of RGB.

Is there a way I can keep those horrid lines from showing up on the rendered video?
