Kramer VM-4HXL Signal Loss

I have no idea where this topic should go, and even I will be able to find help here, but this is the most knowledgeable community I know of so here goes...

I work in the A/V room of our church and we recently did a major upgrade on sound (new speakers, now board, new amps, etc) as well as a new install of screen, projector, distributor, etc. It's the video system I am having an issue with. Here's our setup...

I am running ProPresenter on a CPU tower with the output running to a Kramer VP-728 Switcher / Scaler. From there the signal runs to a Kramer VM-4HXL HDMI Distributor. We are using two output from that, one to a balun system that takes the signal down to the projector, the other takes the same signal to a confidence monitor in the A/V room.

Here's the issue we're having...the signal keeps cutting out to either the projector or the monitor, but never to both.

I am going to make a lot of assumptions here, but I believe they are correct. I am assuming that if it was a problem with the signal from the computer, that both outputs would go out (since they are both being fed by the same input signal). For the same reason, I am assuming the problem is not with the scaler / switcher, otherwise both would go out. I am making another assumption that the problem is not with the balun system because the confidence monitor (which does not run through a balun system) also goes out from time to time. If it were only the projector I would think it was because of the balun system. But since both go out (individually and at different times), I am assuming that it has something to with the distributor, either the system itself or with the outputs.

Does anyone have any advice on this? There is something in the Kramer manual about auto EDID and a process for manually acquiring EDID from the devices. Would this matter? Or is there something else I am not thinking of that could be causing this? It's very distracting to the congregation, sometimes to the point that I blank the projector for the rest of the service.

Thanks in advance...
