Sony HVR Z7

Hi there,

I have a Sony ZVR Z7 camera and I need to find out the model and serial number. The stickers at the bottom, where details should be, are not legible. I am sure there is another way to get them, switching on the camera and going through the menu options, settings, etc, but I can not figure out how. Does anybody know the route I need to follow ? It is probably something very basic but I am not a professional at all.
