Format for Animation Files to be Placed on a USB drive to be played on HDTV

I have an animation I originally created in Flash, exported to Premiere and export from Premiere into QT or MP4. I want to place the files on a USB drive and insert into a HDTV to automatically play. I would like to know what format my animation should be in in order to play on the TV.
