m2ts to MKV results in Jerky Playback *PLEASE HELP*

Hi Everybody :)

I got Big Problems getting my m2ts File from BluRay (with VC-1 Codec) into MKV Container :(

I demuxed the vc-1 stream with tsmuxer and simply muxxed with mkvmerge back together (without any errors) but after that the mkv Video Playback is completly Jerky :( (Playback Looks like wrong Framerate to me)

on PC playback is Jerky too but when i activate "VC-1 timestamp correction " in LAV at once the Video Plays smooth:rolleyes:

I don't know what i'm doing wrong it's the second Time i got this Problem...

How can i fix this? Please Help me.
