Video Cable?

I do not know,if I am posting on the right place,but I would like some help in identifying this cable,that I am going to post in a picture. I know for a fact,that one end has an USB connector and two RCA jacks,one for video(yellow) and other for audio(white). The other end has a mini connector that I can not identify. I need assistance with this connector,and to know what is this cable used for.:o
