Hello,
I know it has been maybe answered a lot of times before me but here's my situation:
I leave in North America;
I have a Curtis DVD1040 (its output can be set either as PAL or NTSC);
I want to purchase a Region 2 DVD boxset;
The Curtis DVD1040 is easily hackable (region free).
Question, will my HDTV able to display the DVDs? Should I change the DVD player output to PAL? I don't understand the impact between DVD player and display on HDTV. (which should be an NTSC since I bought it in North America)
Thank a lot to clarify if I can buy this Region 2 DVD boxset.
