Quickest way to create a reduced file size video

I've got loads of .mov filesI want to reduce the file sizes but keep the originals
Reduce to say 600x400 + optimise the file size as much as possible


What tool will allow me to do with with the least clicks?
I'd love it if there was a tool that I could right click and then choose resize video
Then it would go away and create a copy of the reduced size video


Output format - doesn't matter, could be Quicktime, DIVx - anything
