I'm trying to make a psa video for my film class. Is there any way to photoshop pictures of people into a video (like make them wabble into the frame, look like they're talking, and wabble out), in iMovie or some other free site? This is just a class project and i really don't wanna pay a couple hundred for after effects right now. It doesnt have to look professional at all i want it to look as ridiculous as possible. :)
