Does anyone have a solution to this?
I have captured some video off my sony 1080p camcorder and since my computer hasn't got the horse power to handle 1080p files, I have to alter them to 1280 x 720. I do this through tipard video converter, from which the result is fine. Now the problem appears when I input that file into womble mpeg editor and export it, the exported video has horizontal lines during movement. I have attached a sample of the output, can anyone help fix this?
