Ripping DVD to MPEG-TS

I'm trying to rip a dvd to MPEG-TS. Tried everything...

I don't manage to get the subtitles embedded finally in the TS file.

Tried VLC, VOB2MPG&Handbrake and then tsMuxer...

The MP4/MKV files have the subtitle track as I can see it in VLC.

Any advice will be highly appreciated!!!
