Will someone double check my remux settings

I have been ripping my Blu-rays and trying to get the video file size down a bit while maintaining the original lossless audio.

1. Basically I encode the video only in handbrake
2. Demux the handbrake encoded video stream with TSMuxer
3. Open the original ripped Blu-ray with mkvmerge
4. Deselect the original video file
5. Add the re-encoded video file
6. Start muxing

...The problem I have is the video of the output file just stays at 0:00 in VLC when I hit play with no sound or video. Somewhere along the line something is off because the re-encoded video & the original rip both play flawlessly by themselves.


Can someone please double check my settings to see if I am possibly missing something obvious ?
