Video artifact collection

Hi All,

I sometimes have difficulty understanding issues when I'm not familiar with the particular artifact/s being discussed. Examples on the Internet centre mostly around compression artifacts but there are many others like sharpening, scaling, denoising etc. Does anyone know of some kind of video artifact library that covers most of these?
