Just tried to backup my blu ray with BD Rebuilder but received the following error ..

- Error in attempt to extract audio/subs.
- Bitstream exception Unknown exception. It does not have to be! Plase contact the application support team for more information.
[13:30:29] - Failed to retrieve audio, aborted
One question to ask is when selecting ' source patch ' do you simply select the BD drive E or do you have to select a specific folder / file within the drive ?
