For one of my 24" monitor 1920X1200, I always play my 1280X720 movie @ 1600X900 (+125%). SMPlayer and VLC can be configured to always play @ 125%, however both players are terrible (in seeking) when playing **quality .TS (soccer matches).
MPC-HC and MPC-BE can play those .TS video perfectly (no seeking issue), however video/Frame/Zoom size options in MPC-HC/MPC-BE are 50%/100%/200%. I can manually drag to enlarge the video/Frame/Zoom size to about +125%, but every time I drop a new video (1280X720) to the player that's playing in +125%, it automatically returns to 1280X720:(.
