How can I put a *.rm file on a blu-ray BD-R?

Hello one and all,
I have a short video with sound. It is a *.r m file.

I want to burn this *.r m file onto a blu-ray BD-R. What program/software does this?

I have Nero 9.0 but it doesn't seem to burn Blu-rays .........only CDs and DVDs. I tried Imgburn but
it doesn't recognize a *.r m file.
