I want to install a surveillance camera inside the living room of my brother's condo. The planned location will be like the place where they normally put the motion detector for the security alarm. I want wireless and can be monitored by my brother with a smart phone or PC when he is away from home. If there is a feature that can tell if it's been turned off, that would be great. He only needs this in operation for about 3 hours each workday. I believe his price range will be $200 or less. Is there a product like this? Thanks.
