How to let ffmpeg run with lower (not lowest) CPU priority?

Is it possible to tell ffmpeg at the command line to run the next encoding with NOT "normal" but "below normal" CPU priority?

Ok, I could lower the priority in Win TaskManager but I want to avoid this and use ffmpeg cmdline flag instead.
