US bluray in Israel

Hi, I'm sorry if this has been answered before.

I have sent a set of (US) bluray disks as a present to Israel, a mistake, as they're in a different region, and use PAL and not NTSC :confused:.

Anyway, is there a way to play these on a PC running Win7?
