Help with Vimeo subtitles

Hi,
I've subscribed to a pay streaming site that uses player.vimeo for the videos. I want to keep the series but I run into a problem. I can save the video easily but I can't get the cc subtitles.
I've tried everything and I just can't get them. There's no vtt or srt in the inspection elements.
I can find the subtitles that play at that exact moment, but no full episode transcript.
Any help? I've paid for it, I should be able to keep it I think.

Right now My App can search and display Pictures based on long file names...
NOW
I'm adding the ability to place the mpg video controls of Start, Wait, Again, Speed etc in the file name..

Skip using the MetaData use the FileName instead.

Previously I needed to put the above video details into a control play list.. Now I don't need to do it that way..
Just do an auto catalog and run the app targeting those curated vids..

SOLVED: How to rip PiP DTS Express audio (and its accompanying video)

64-bit software/knowledge necessary:
1) MakeMKV
2) MKVToolNixGUI (also known as MKVmerge)
3) Pazera Free Audio Extractor
4) ShanaEncoder
  • In MakeMKV, do a BACKUP of the Blu Ray disc -- make sure to select DECRYPT FILES.
  • In the Blu Ray's Disc Structure now on your HDD, locate the BDMV/Stream folder and find the movie file, it will be the largest M2TS file.
  • Drag this movie file into the latest version of MKVToolNix/MKVmerge, onto the INPUT TAB; now, at the bottom of the CODEC list, you should see a second video track and a DTS Express track. Unselect all other Codecs but these two. Start Multiplexing them (essentially you're demuxing them into their own separate file).
  • The resultant .MKV file's DTS audio will still refuse to decode within VLC media player; it will be silent; so...drag the .MKV file into Pazera Free Audio Extractor and convert the audio into your preferred flavor (AC3, AAC, whatever). Make sure to select a two-channel/stereo output only.
  • Now, in MKVmerge, REMUX the .MKV video with the newly-converted AUDIO file and -- Voila -- the video syncs up with sound that is now audible in VLC. Or you can just utilize the audio track on its own sans video.

If you need to edit this new .MKV/AUDIO file, you'll have to change the container from MKV to MP4. I recommend using ShanaEncoder; it will re-wrap the file container in a shorter amount of time (using the Copy mode in settings for both video and audio) than converting it in Handbrake (which is a complete recompression and takes forever).

You'll have to learn these programs on your own, they're pretty simple as far as GUIs go, with their own little quirks.

I tried the following commands,

I don't think ffmpeg bitstrem filters supports original display aspect ratio, so
"h264_metadata=original_display_aspect_ratio" doesn't work either. :(

Is it possible to remove the "original display aspect ratio" entry with ffmpeg? If so, could anyone please advise me on how to achieve it?

Is Ezcap.tv still trading?

I was all set to buy one of their capture devices (www.ezcap.tv/usb-video-capture/ezcap116-capture-card) but I don't see any "Buy" or "Add to trolley" button. I contacted them yesterday but no reply yet.

I notice their other capture devices say "sold out". Makes me wonder if they're no longer trading? Would be a shame as I have very little money and £21.95 was the perfect price for me. The alternatives seem much more expensive.

Jagged edges in menu system on DVD architech pro

HI guys, thanks for reading my post. I have a problem.

I have finished my movie about a charity that works in supplying tools to Africa. and am happy with the menu system. however, my custom highlight over the buttons has extremely jagged edges. Here is an example:

Problem converting AVI to MP4

So I'm using a capture device that my parents picked up to convert their old VHS tapes to digital format.

Part of this is that I want to edit out all the "b-roll footage" that isn't really intreresting anymore.

The device my parents got is a all in one device, connected to the VCR.. it seems to record in a odd format and I haven't gotten it to convert nicely to MP4 or similar the converted MP4 output from handbrake has a grey frame (dropping a frame?) every few seconds which smudges out the video.

I'm looking for any help with what kind of settings I should run.. or ideas on what to convert it to that Premiere will accept (AVI is frustrating)

Odd note: the frame rate seems to be 24.986881 but if i convert it with Handbrake the MP4 output when using "same as source" is 25.314 or something.

Looking for working Adult Stream Capture Tool

Hello guys,

i have just found that forum. I hope someone can help. I am looking for an adult Webcam Stream Capture Tool. No screenrecording.
I have WIndows 10 and there are Internet Download Manager (IDM) Tubedigger works and new there is a tool called x-stream-loader.

But the tools only operate on WIndows.

I have an Linux Notebook. WHo know a tool to get this?

I use Linux Mint

I get error -22 in avcodec_send_packet. The format of the file is custom, but the format of frames is the same as what I've got previously from an IP camera (H264). I inspired the code from hw_decode.c from ffmpeg sources. What I've missed?
